The Bishop's Room
Bedroom number 1 is known as The Bishop's Room.
This is because The Bishop of Madrid, a friend of Don Jose Maria, would stay in this room when a guest at El Caracol.
This double room is charming, with beautiful views across the mountains, and the solid carved wood wardrobe is very much in keeping with its eminent and illustrious guests of the past.
